Rare Items, Secrets and Whatnot
Green Dream
Accessible only if you finish the event to save Fiona's Forest and leave Robo to help. After Lucca saves her mother (the code to stop the machine is LARA), she comes back to find Robo awaiting her. he will give her the Green Dream. It gives you ONE opportunity to be revived after being defeated.
Chrono Trigger
This is one you have to have to get Crono back. You have to talk to the old man at the end of time after Crono dies. He will give this to you, then you have to go to Death Peak and finish the event there and voila! You have Crono back. *Note- from this point on, you do not have to have Crono in your party. Nifty, eh?
Mop
Every Squaresoft game has some sort of bizzarre/unusual weapon in it. This is it. At the Hunting Range in 65,000,000 BC, you can charm the mop from the Nu. it's not that great of a weapon, but it looks cool. Specifically, it looks like a mop when you use it. Heh heh- back foul dirt demons! I shall cleanse thee with my mop. I personally think a toilet brush would have been cooler. ^_^
Ozzie Pants, Flea Vest, Slasher 2
These can be charmed from Ozzie, Flea and retailers who sell zetaclear Slash (respectively) in that final battle at Ozzie's Fort in 600 AD (after the whole Black Omen mess, that is). Ozzie Pants is a hemlet (of all things) that causes chaos and other sorts of adverse effects on whoeveer equips it, but it does have a good defense. Flea vest is body armor and it ash a good defense as well. Slasher 2 is a sword for Chrono. It's a good sword, but if/when you get the Rainbow, it becomes obsolete. *Did I mention you need Ayla to charm things from enemies? It works better if you have Marle too- you can use Twin Charm and it has a higher percentage of working.
Norstein Bekkler's Lab
Located at the hidden object games to play for free Millenial Fair in 1000 AD, this lab has three games you games play: a 10 point games, a 40 point game and an 80 point game. They each give you different prizes every time you win. The 10 point game gives you a Poyozo Doll the first time you win, 2 ounces of Cat Food the second time- this prevents your cat from running away at the end of the game. ^_^ The 40 point game gives you a clone of Crono the first time you win- you'll need this as well as the Chrono Trigger to bring Crono back after he dies. The 80 point game gives you more cats for Crono... Where do they all sleep, though? There's only one bed in the house!! >_< To play these games, you need to get Silver Points from either a) Beating Gato for 15 silver points, b) Ringing the bell at opposite side of the Fair from Bekkler's lab for 1 silver point each ring, or c) chugging 8 cans of soda in the soda guzzling contest on the opposite end of the Fair from Gato for 5 silver points.
*Note- you can use the Game Genie to get all kinds of crazy fudged up items in this game. My friend MARR0W has found a code that makes your characters evil and demented looking in the Status Screen. Try different things and see what you can come up with.
